We look at what the file is actually asking, the specialist's credentials and clinical focus, and (where it matters) the language the assessment will be conducted in. How do you match a specialist to a file?
We scope every file before assigning it, looking at the clinical questions, the specialist’s
credentials and focus, and - where it matters - the language the assessment will be conducted
in.
Can I request a particular specialist or discipline?
You can, and we’ll accommodate it where it suits the file. If a case doesn’t fit a standard
discipline, we match a specialist to the specific questions it raises.
Do you work with specialists outside the listed disciplines?
Yes. We regularly bring in specialty-matched experts for files that don’t fit a category.
