Before anything is booked, our CAT coordinator reviews the brief and gives you an early read on whether the threshold is likely to be met and how to proceed. Here’s exactly how we handle it.
Physiatrists, psychiatrists, occupational therapists, neuropsychologists, orthopaedic surgeons, and the specialists for the file that doesn’t quite fit a list. We match the specialist to the file, not the file to the next available specialist. That difference is most of the work.
We work with referral partners across Canada, virtually and on the ground. The file doesn’t sit waiting because of geography.
