Through the provision of quality assessments and analyses, the CVS team of medical and rehabilitation experts is able to provide organizations with the information they need to make effective decisions about an individual's disability status and his or her rehabilitation needs and vocational potential.

CVS assessors, either individually or as part of a multidisciplinary team, combine objective physical and functional measurements with clinical expertise:

• to determine an individual's ability to safely return to work or to function at home, following an injury or illness, and
  
  
• to identify rehabilitation needs, including treatment, assistive devices or work site modifications, and
  
  
• to identify return to work management strategies.
